My 8 step programs include:
- A setup call of 30 minutes, to discuss what we will focus on and what the desired outcomes are.
- 8 individual sessions 60 minutes each, where we follow an individually tailored program for you that I channel especially for you to maximize the benefits. The 8 individual sessions are recommended to be in a 4 weeks - 2 months period.
- A follow up call with a mini session after we have finished with the program.
